School is Back in Session
Have you ever wanted to learn more about cheese? Well, here is your chance. We'll sample our way through 7 categories of cheese while discussing the origin and characteristics of cheese.
We'll also arm you with enough general cheese knowledge to impress your friends at your next together. And on top of that we'll give you tips on buying, storing and serving cheese. But wait, there is more! We'll do our best to answer your burning cheese questions. You will be given notes covering the class to take home as well.
Class members enjoy a 10% discount on all purchases the night of the class.
